I recently had the pleasure of trying a charcuterie board from Grove Platters made with local cheeses and jams from Coconut Grove area in Miami, and I must say, it was a truly delightful experience.
The selection of local cheeses was exceptional. Each cheese had its own distinct flavor and texture. From creamy and smooth to sharp and tangy, there was something for every palate. It was evident that great care was taken in selecting these cheeses, as they perfectly complemented each other and created a harmonious balance of flavors.
Additionally, the presentation of the charcuterie board was impeccable. The arrangement of the cheeses, accompanied by the variety of fruits, crackers and vibrant locally made jam, created a visually enticing spread that was almost too good to eat. It was evident that a lot of thought and attention to detail went into not only selecting the ingredients but also in creating an aesthetically pleasing display.
